Allow disabling auto-away/auto-na timeouts.

* emchat.el (emchat-auto-away-timeout-set): Only set itimers if
value is not zero

* emchat.el (emchat-auto-away-timeout): Amend docstring.

* emchat.el (emchat-change-idle-timeout): Let setting to zero mean
disable the timeout.
